Thank you for providing me a reason to love coffee more than I have loved it before. Coffee is my energy booster especially before I start my office work or working out and teaching or attending a class. You have a great selection and variations of coffee flavors that entice my taste buds for coffee, especially the Belgian Chocolate Latte editions.
Just one thing though, your baristas in Megamall doesn't smile a lot. :-) It helps boost the mood of your customers especially when they see smiling, happy and jolly baristas. Some stores overdo it though, *cough *cough *Starbucks*cough.
You have a great store, especially in SM Megamall. It's just that, there's really something that should be in here that I cannot feel. Its the genuine smile that I am looking for in your baristas. This branch, SM Megamall, doesn't have Whipped Cream anymore. For two days. Si disappointing. But your coffee still tastes good. Especially your Ices White Belgian Chocolate Latte.
